RETURN POLICY

Footwear and accessories may be returned or exchanged, free of charge, in original purchase condition and packaging, within 30 days of delivery with the exception of Last Chance items that are discounted 40% or more. Last chance styles that are discounted 40% off or more are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All returns are subject to inspection. All packages, including original containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
Products purchased on www.birkenstocklife.com/us must be returned online at www.birkenstocklife.com/us/returns/. They cannot be returned to a Birkenstock store or authorized retailer.

Skin care items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
After inspecting your return, we will issue a credit for the merchandise (including any applicable sales tax) to the original payment method used. Any shipping charges from your order will not be refunded. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the processing of your refund.
